3 SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – ARP, Saltburn-by-the-Sea
A friendly and inclusive school in Saltburn-by-the-Sea is looking for three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) team. If you’re passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and want to make a real difference, this is a fantastic opportunity!
Location: Saltburn-by-the-Sea
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP)
Hours: Full-time/part-time options available (please specify)
About the Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs in the ARP
-
Assist with delivering personalised learning activities
-
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
-
Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
-
Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
-
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Commitment to helping all children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
