If so, Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and inspirational Teaching Assistants in the Rotherham area. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a supportive, positive, talented team across our fantastic schools across the Rotherham area. 

 

The role involves supporting SEND children with their learning and general wellbeing to ensure every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. You will be supporting the class teacher in providing high quality, challenging, and differentiated resources to ensure every child makes progress. You will be responsible for promoting lifelong love of learning in students and enriching their school experience by promoting independence and personal development in students. 

 

What do you need to work for us?

• No qualifications are required, as we will train you

• A positive and pro-active approach towards helping children

• Experience or interest in assisting children with their learning and development

• Interest and experience in working with children/young people 

• A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both staff and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
