A highly reputable and rapidly expanding Special Educational Needs (SEN) Trust based in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join their permanent staff from April. This Trust prides itself on its commitment to providing exceptional education and support to students with a wide range of needs, fostering an environment where every student can achieve their fullest potential.

Area: Nottingham
Start: April 2024
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: 30000.00 - 41333.00
Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
*Employ innovative teaching methods and instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop personalized learning plans for students.
*Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of students, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
*Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements for the Role:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*A proven track record of teaching students with special educational needs and disabilities.
*A deep understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and experience in applying it within a classroom setting.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in further training.
*A patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching.
Enhanced DBS clearance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
