About the Role:
As SENCO, you will:

Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.

Work closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to ensure tailored, high-quality support.

Champion inclusive practices and nurture a culture where every learner is valued and empowered.

Manage EHCPs, interventions, and assessments effectively and efficiently.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a deep understanding of SEND legislation, policy, and best practice.

Is a confident communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Is passionate about making a measurable difference in the lives of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
