Are you an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) ready to make a lasting impact? Do you believe every child deserves the support they need to succeed? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a committed and skilled SENCO to join our dedicated team in a thriving Northamptonshire secondary school. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping inclusive education and ensuring every student receives the care and guidance they deserve.


About the Role:

As SENCO, you will:

  • Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.

  • Work closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to ensure tailored, high-quality support.

  • Champion inclusive practices and nurture a culture where every learner is valued and empowered.

  • Manage EHCPs, interventions, and assessments effectively and efficiently.


We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a deep understanding of SEND legislation, policy, and best practice.

  • Is a confident communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

  • Is passionate about making a measurable difference in the lives of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
