SEN Tutor – West Drayton (Primary & Secondary)

Location: West Drayton (in-person tutoring)
Subjects: Maths & English (up to GCSE level)
Rate: £20–£30 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Flexible – Part-time or full-time

We are seeking a committed and experienced SEN Tutor to support learners in West Drayton, providing one-to-one tuition across primary and secondary levels. This role involves working with students who have a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, and other neurodiverse profiles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored, one-to-one sessions in Maths and English (up to GCSE)

  • Assess each learner’s needs and create personalised learning plans

  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities

  • Track and support student progress, celebrating growth and development

  • Build positive relationships with learners and families

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, PDA, etc.)

  • Confident teaching Maths and English across Key Stages 1 to 4

  • Ability to assess, plan, and deliver effective, personalised lessons

  • Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
