SEN Tutor
Job description
TP Tutors is actively seeking passionate and inspiring Tutors in and around Salford to provide personalized education support to students on a one-to-one basis. We currently have a high need for specialists in English, Maths, and Science subjects, and welcome applications from diverse backgrounds for both primary and secondary level tuition.
Our clients require tutoring services for various reasons, such as overcoming behavioural issues, emotional needs including anxiety or school phobia, medical issues, learning difficulties, communication and social needs, or awaiting relocation. Additionally, our tutors may be tasked with improving student grades or supporting GCSE preparation.
To qualify for this role, the successful applicant should possess experience catering to primary or secondary aged children, particularly in a tuition capacity. A candidate's ability to manage challenging behaviour, develop creative lessons tailored to students' needs and abilities, approach their work with kindness and patience, establish positive relationships with pupils, and maintain professional boundaries, are essential.

Please be aware that all applicants will be subject to background checks and will need a current DBS certificate (update service registered). Teaching Personnel can support your application should this be required.
Working hours are between Monday to Friday, 09:00 -16:00 approximately.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
