Location: Dorset and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition tailored to individual learners
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit a range of learning needs
• Build confidence, motivation, and independent learning skills
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate session records
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals

Essential Requirements

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Background in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or a similar role
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Ability to travel across Dorset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
