At TP Tutors, we believe every learner deserves an education that meets their individual needs. We're recruiting SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for children and young people across Dorset, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

Location: Dorset and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
• Tailor lessons to individual learning styles
• Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence
• Keep accurate records of learner progress
• Collaborate with parents, carers, schools, and professionals

Essential Requirements

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or youth work experience
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to travel throughout Dorset
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
