We are always looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with pupils, and a great understanding of the specific needs of children with PMLD. Majority of pupils are wheelchair users, are medically dependent and require support with personal care. Pupils have access to fantastic facilities which include: Hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms and onsite physiotherapists

Many of the pupils have low mobility so urgently require someone who is Moving & Handling trained.

The pupils need someone with experience who is dedicated to working with SEN pupils. They need to be confident in the classroom and have innovative ways of helping PMLD students.
