SEN Teaching Assistants Needed in Leamington/Warwickshire

We are currently recruiting university graduates and teaching assistants across Leamington/Warwickshire to work within special schools for children with ASC, MLD and SLD. 

Ideal candidates will have a degree relating to working in education or previous teaching assistant experience. This is desirable however, is not essential. Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant agency work as a graduate is a great way to begin building experience working with children, whilst implementing your degree. As well as building fantastic experience, it is also a great way of getting your foot in the door of a school, which can lead to further opportunities of career ladder progression and further qualifications including teacher training.

 

Candidates should ideally have previous experience with any of the following either professionally or personally:

 

• SEN/Learning Difficulties Experience

• Behavioural Difficulties

• Psychology

• Youth/Community work experience

• Care work

• Mentoring
