- Are you looking for a friendly team enviroment?
- Do you want to work with children who have complex special needs?
- Are you looking for a role that is very rewarding?
If it is a yes to all of the above questions then please read the information about a School that I work very closely with in Wokingham. This particular School caters for primary & secondary aged pupils with have a real range of SEN, this ranges from autism, social, emotional and mental health difficulties, ADHD and OCD.
As we have worked with this particular School for many years now, they know that we know what type of staff they look for. It doesn't necessarily matter if you do not have SEN/School based experience as they are a School that want people with fantastic personalities, good morals and the great communication skills.
The staff they have working at the School are very welcoming and supportive and they accept new starters with open arms. They want people to enjoy working there and to see it as a career, they spend a lot of time and investing money into new staff so they are trained to the highest of standards. Joining Teaching Personnel means you would get access to a free safeguarding course once your vetting is complete and discounted rates to a lot of other courses like Team-Teach, Autism Awareness and many more.
They are currently looking for 1 or 2 full time teaching assistants to work within the secondary department and this will be for a September start.
If you would like to apply for this position and get registered with Teaching Personnel, please get in touch!
