A Primary School we work closely with at Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant from January 2021 to support a Year 4 child.
This role Is a 12-month contract and will begin from January 2021.
Location - West Yorkshire (WF17- Batley).
The successful candidate will be working full-time hours 8:30am- 3:30pm on a fixed term contract offering GBP80 per day (depending on experience).
Depending on how well the candidate works within the school there may well be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
This SEN 121 support role requires you to help a young boy in Year 4 for 12 months to support him throughout the school day. The aim of the role is to develop the boys personal, academic and social skills. The ideal SEN support needs to be confident, resilient and enthusiastic at all times as you will be required to support the young pupil to get back on track through the support you give him on a daily basis. The child has an Educational Health Care Plan and has been diagnosed with Autism and Global Developmental delay.
Candidates applying for this role but have previous experience working with Special Needs (Autism) and must be available full time from January 2021, If your CV does not have the relevant experience with SEN your application will be rejected.
