Are you looking for a role within an SEN Setting?
Teaching Personnel are working with a school in Salisbury, catering for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs; including Autism (ASC), Mild to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis in the school.
You will be working as a class based Teaching Assistant, supporting small groups of children and working on a 1-1 basis.
You should have previous experience with SEN - this doesn't necessarily need to be within an SEN Setting, we would also welcome applicants with experience in mainstream schools, health and social care, nurseries and personal experiences of SEN (e.g. family members). You should be a calm, nurturing person who is easily able to adapt to different needs.
This is a full time temporary position to start immediately.
