We are looking for someone to join our fantastic client school near Bournemouth as soon as possible to work in a newly established alternative provision on the school site.  This will be an exciting time to join the team as you will be able to help build key aspects of the role from the outset.  The post of TA – Inclusion/Behaviour has been created to support our most vulnerable students, including those with challenging behaviour.

To be successful, you will preferrably have previous experience working with students, at Key Stages 3 & 4.  You will need to be a resourceful, resilient and enthusiastic individual as the role will be both challenging and rewarding.  A key aspect of the role includes delivering learning activities to small groups and you will be required to develop strategies to help support the students to ensure that all are being given the best opportunity to succeed.

You will independently administer the school’s flexible support provision which runs until 3pm. 

For those with differing hours we would still be interested in your application.

The salary is negotiable upon experience and would be for 37 hours a week. 

Both part time and full time options are available!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
