SEN Teaching Assistant - Warwick

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants/Beaviour Mentors for temporary and permanent roles in Warwick. 

We are looking for candidates who are interested in working with children and young people in a highly supportive environment with aims, structures and curriculum designed to achieve the full potential of all students.

As a Teaching Assistant, you must be willing to take on this exciting challenge with a highly motivated attitude in providing the best care and support to the children and families. You must be able to easily adapt to situations, attentive and communicate effectively within your team in order to maintain the high level of standards expected.

Minimum Requirements

• Any relevant SEN experience or qualifications is desired but not essential
• A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve their best potential
• Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support
• A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willing apply for one
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence
• Punctual and reliable
