What do I need to work with Teaching Personnel?

With SEN and Behaviour Schools having unexpected pupils on roll from week to week, you need to be adaptable to the environment and understand how different types of Special Educational Needs can affect people.

We pay all of our candidates fairly according to the job role and Teaching Assistants are paid a minimum of GBP10 her hour, including holiday pay. You are paid through our PAYE payroll every Friday, meaning there are no deductions for umbrella companies. There are even additional bonuses such as GBP50 every time you recommend a colleague! You will have access to a range of online and in-house CPD training courses, such as Team Teach, Moving and Handling, Child Psychology and Level 4 Diploma in SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
