Teaching Personnel are looking for a candidate to work as a Behavioural Support Assistant at a school in the Camborne area. The pupils are aged 8-16 with SENs, such as ASC and SEMH.
This role is to start as soon as possible on a full time basis until the end of the academic year. There is also a chance for permanent contract at the end of the year. You will work Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 15:30 with an early finish on Friday.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience SEN education
- Previous school based experience
- Level 2 or above qualification
Main responsibilities would involve:
- Work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil
- Engaging students to ensure they stay on track with the curriculum
- Reporting back to the relevant parties to promote a high standard of care among staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
