SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA to join an 'Outstanding' mainstream school in the Yarm area of Teesside. This part time SEN Teaching Assistant position is available for a September start and is set to run through the academic year.

About the Role

• SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA
• September Start
• Temporary contract
• Support with teaching and behaviour
• Working across the school with ages 4-11 years old

In order to be considered for this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA will need to meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience working with challenging behaviour
• Have Team Teach or restraint training
• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
