We’re working with a brilliant specialist school near Wimborne that supports children and young people aged 4–18 with SEMH and behavioural needs, and they’re looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team from September.

Whether you have experience in education, youth work, care, or behaviour support, if you’ve worked with challenging behaviours or SEMH needs before, we want to hear from you!

What the role involves:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Being part of a supportive, experienced team

What you’ll need:

• Relevant experience with SEMH or behavioural needs

• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
