SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a committed team and help assist a school in the Tiverton area. We are looking for passionate, patient and flexible individuals who feel they can assist in and out of the classroom. We are looking for someone who will be comfortable working one on one or in small groups and happy to help assist the teachers with implementing lesson plans.

The ideal candidate will have –

• Previous experience working with children
• A passion for helping students develop
• A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to build a strong relationship with the students
  • Confidence to support small groups and individuals both inside and outside of the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
