Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our partner school in Sleaford in the New Year. (January 2019)
The successful teaching assistant will work both 1:1 and in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils. Experience of working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs is essential for this role. The school are looking for someone who is able to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and able to respond appropriately to individual needs.
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant
January 2019 - Easter half term in the first instance
Temporary in the first instance with the potential to become permanent
£1250 - £1300 per month
Our partner school is a large successful secondary school located in Lincolnshire. It has first class educational facilities designed to help all students achieve their potential. They have a mix of very modern buildings and listed buildings set in the midst of 32 acres of mature parkland.
The academy motto "Aiming High to Achieve Excellence for All" is at the centre of all they do and sets clear expectations for both students and staff. The curriculum provides real choice for students who pursue their passions with enthusiasm. The Academy is well regarded in the local community and we have excellent support from parents with full year groups every year.
