Are you a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vivacious and hard-working staff.
You will work with SEN students identified with ASC (autistic spectrum condition) or children needing speech and language support, on both a 1:1 basis and with small groups and will contribute towards a purposeful learning environment by supporting classroom teachers in teaching and learning. The school located in Rotherham, S63 are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support SEN in their KS1 Setting, so experience working with children in Nursery/Reception would be beneficial. You will need to take into account children's learning styles and what motivates them to stay engaged, using positive behaviour management. We are running a Team Teach Course over the Easter Holidays to support our staff with their behaviour management techniques.

- be able to motivate children who are disengaged from their learning
- experienced supporting children in the Early Years/KS1 setting

- a dedicated consultant
- full time work
- work with schools who work exclusively with Teaching Personnel
- access to our CPD Academy to develop your skills further
