Assessment and Progress Monitoring: As part of the educational team, you'll be involved in assessing student progress and monitoring their academic development over time. This may include observing student performance, recording data on their achievements, and providing feedback to teachers and parents. By keeping track of student progress, you'll help identify areas for improvement and tailor support strategies accordingly.
-
Collaborative Working: Effective communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, other teaching assistants, and support staff to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEN. Whether it's participating in team meetings, sharing insights and observations, or brainstorming strategies, your active involvement will contribute to the overall success of the educational team.
