About Us:
We work closely with a range of friendly and inclusive mainstream primary schools across Dorset, all committed to helping every child reach their full potential. These schools provide supportive and welcoming environments where pupils feel valued, encouraged, and understood.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
-
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities
-
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
-
Help pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience
-
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support
-
Offer encouragement and celebrate each child’s progress and achievements
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs)
-
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives

Relevant qualifications or experience within education (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
