Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
