Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a supportive two-form entry primary school in Fleetwood, Lancashire (FY7). The successful TA will work closely with children with Special Educational Needs, providing both 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions and individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
The school are looking to shortlist with this post by Friday 20th September with a view to the successful TA starting straight away.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
