SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing, London
Sector: Primary

Salary: Pay to scale (DOE)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and making a real difference? Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2025.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with diverse SEN needs

  • Provide 1:1 and small group assistance

  • Take a proactive, empathetic approach

  • Reflect and improve through CPD

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with SEN children in school/related settings

  • Calm, patient, empathetic attitude

  • Strong communication & teamwork skills

  • Relevant TA qualification (desirable, not essential)

All applicants must be willing to undergo vetting checks, including:

  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or apply through us)

  • 24 months of references

  • Overseas Police Check (if applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
