SEN Learning Support Assistant

Do you want to learn more about Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

An exciting vacancy has opened for a SEN Learning Support Assistant in Croydon, supporting students with complex special educational needs between the ages of 11 and 18. Your role as a SEN Learning Support Assistant would be to provide hands-on support for students under direction of the classroom teacher. All students enrolled have an Education Healthcare Plan which is the basis for their individualised curriculum. The school operates reduced class size and has fantastic specialist facilities to support student’s needs, including a multi-sensory soft play. This is a great opportunity to learn more about special educational needs and gain experience in a specialised education setting.

You will need to have suitable references and a DBS certificate (or be eligible to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
