Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely two form entry school based in Crawley that is looking for a year 5 TA/INA it would be working with one child part-time with an EHCP - developmental needs, can complete some work however needs an adult with them, cant access the curriculum. You however are booked Full-time to assist in the classroom as general TA around their times.

This position is for the academic year with a contract after a period of review. The school has an extremely friendly team and supportive senior leadership who love to build an inclusive and positive school for its staff and children.

The school are looking for an after easter half-term start and a contract after a period of review.

The successful applicant:

• will understand how children learn and how to personalise their approach.
• have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• will be a team player, as well as using their initiative
• have good behaviour control and a passionate and empathetic nature
• have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including autism and speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1
• have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
