SEN Teaching Assistants Needed in Cambridge – Qualified & Unqualified
Term-Time Only | Full-Time & Part-Time | No Weekends | Flexible Day-to-Day Supply

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Cambridge. Whether you're experienced, newly qualified, or looking to step into the education sector for the first time, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you.
Hours typically run between 8:30am–3:30pm, though these may vary slightly depending on the school. Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends free!

The Ideal Candidate Will:
✅ Have experience working with children with SEN (personal or professional)
✅ Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
✅ Show genuine passion and commitment to supporting children
✅ Be proactive, adaptable, and able to use their initiative

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
