Experienced Teaching Assistant – Full Time | BH8

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role where you can truly make a difference? We are working closely with one of our lovely primary schools in BH8, who are seeking a committed and dedicated TA to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role:
You will be providing 1:1 support to a child with ADHD and Autism, helping them to access learning, regulate emotions, and thrive within the classroom environment. This role requires consistency, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within SEN

  • Has a strong understanding of ADHD and Autism

  • Is reliable, nurturing and proactive in their approach

  • Can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

  • Is fully committed to a full-time, long-term role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
