Annual Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 actual salary - dependant on experience and qualifications Plus £1000 Welcome bonus*

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational materials and activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
*Provide tailored support to individual students, addressing their specific learning requirements.
*Encourage and support students in developing their social skills and independence.
*Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team to adapt learning plans as necessary.
*Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
*Participate in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
*Passion for education and commitment to supporting the development of children with special educational needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly with SEN, is desirable but not essential.
*A qualification relevant to education or child care (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, CACHE) is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with other backgrounds who have a genuine interest in transitioning to this field.
*A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
