Job description

We are recruiting teaching assistants to join a vibrant team in an amazing SEN school in Hayes. They are looking for staff with long term career goals to work in classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with autistic pupils.

The classes are mixed dependent on the pupils learning needs and may at times include pupils of all ages across a key stage. Each pupil has a tailored and individualised learning and behaviour plan which you would encourage and promote throughout the school day.

PECS and Makaton experience is ideal to support in complex classes and would require someone that is prepared to support in personal care, feeding, class work differentiation and overall supervision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
