Do you have experience working in a special school or as an SEN teaching assistant?
Work with children diagnosed with autism, learning and speech difficulties and help them reach their full potential!
Working as a SEN teaching assistant with autism is a rewarding, challenging and creative role where you are able to build positive relationships while being a vital part of a child’s development and independence.
With full-time positions starting immediately in Ealing we are looking for experienced staff who have a background supporting autism either in a special school, SEN/Alternative provision or in an SEN environment.
The role is in a primary class Monday to Friday working closely with children 1:1 and in small groups with autism and associated learning needs. All children at the school are diagnosed with special needs and some may be non-verbal with speech and language difficulties or display challenging behaviours. Due to this the school are looking for experienced staff with additional training provided.
Having an interest in longer term positions and career development is vital as permanent opportunities will be available.
