Teacher of Maths – September 2026 Start

Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Contract: Full time | Permanent

True Flexible Working – 4 Days Teaching, 5 Days Pay

This school offers a genuinely flexible approach to teaching, providing all full‑time teachers with a reduced timetable of 20 lessons per week, alongside the opportunity to work one full day from home each week – without any reduction in pay.

The school is an 11–16 comprehensive with a reputation for excellent outcomes, outstanding student behaviour and strong professional trust. It is oversubscribed and serves a cohort of high‑attaining, motivated students, many of whom arrive with strong prior attainment from Key Stage 2.

Exceptional Maths Outcomes

The Maths department is a real strength within the school, with results consistently among the top 5 in the county. In the 2025 GCSE examinations:

  • 82% of students achieved a grade 4–9 in Maths
  • 35% secured grades 7–9

As a Teacher of Maths, you will:

  • Teach motivated students across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging Maths lessons
  • Challenge high‑prior‑attaining pupils while supporting progress for all
