Role Overview:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to address student needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.

Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
