Special Education Needs Teachers Required

I am currently recruiting Teachers across both Primary and Secondary sectors for an SEN school in NWKent. This is an ambitious school for children and young people aged 2-19 with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom have a diagnosis of autism.

The school have high expectations for our pupils, striving to ensure that they all achieve their maximum potential; celebrating difference and encouraging curiosity and creativity. The school work hard to ensure that pupils individual needs, interests and abilities are met and that they are resilient and able to make positive life choices. The school strives to appoint Teachers who are self-motivated, professional and ambitious.

The school are looking to appoint both Primary and Secondary Teacher's with:

  • A passion for teaching and learning;
  • The ability to work independently and as a key motivator and inspirational leader for the class team;
  • A commitment to multi-agency working
  • Able to demonstrate belief in the school culture and ethos
  • Flexible, creative, enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Experience in teaching children and young people with special educational needs would be desirable but is not essential.

Teaching Position Details:

  • Full-Time Role 08:30am - 15:30pm (For Part-Time and Supply Please see below)
  • SEN Primary & Secondary Teachers Required
  • Ages 2 - 19
  • SEN - Profound and multiple learning difficulties
  • Daily Rate - Confirmed at point of interview (this will be dependant on experience, details of position accepted)
