SEN Teacher (Alternative Provision)  
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (Based on teaching experience) Plus valuable Benefits

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an Alternative provision secondary school based in Thrapston. This school support approximately 35 pupils aged 11-16 years to ensure that they can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting.  

About you: 

• Teachers – to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS 
• Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. 
• Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care. 
• Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies 
• A commitment to holistic student development 
• Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it 
• Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
