SEN Teacher – Full Time
We are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Northampton to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher for their small specialist SEN unit.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a small class of up to 8 pupils, primarily of KS1 age, within a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning space where every child can thrive.
The school is seeking an experienced teacher who has worked with a range of additional needs and is ready to embrace a new challenge. This full-time position is available with or without planning responsibilities and will continue until the end of the academic year.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching pupils with SEN within a KS1 setting
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to adapt learning to meet a variety of needs and learning styles
- Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
- Be passionate about making a positive difference to the education and development of young learners
- Be flexible, committed, and able to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
