ASC Teacher Required

Location: Kensington & Chelsea 

Pay: Paid to scale: M1 to UP3 - Depending on experience

Start: Summer Term - Full Time - Monday to Friday - Temp to Perm

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a fantastic SEND school in the Kensington & Chelsea area. The school outstanding provisions and excellent support. They require a Teacher who can teach in a secondary age ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) needs. 

If you have experience teaching in SEND provisions and can adapt your teaching to a variety of students with additional needs, we need you!

Some of the tasks of the role may include:

About the school:

  • Pupils have a range SEND - ASC, SEMH
  • Behaviour is good
  • Small class sizes and excellent staffing ratios
  • Supportive school with an excellent staff culture

The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status qualification or instructor level
  • Relevant classroom experience within last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update service (or willing to get one through us)
  • Experience in a SEND/PMLD/MSI/ASC/SEMH Setting
  • Adapt to a range of learning styles based on the needs and preferences of the children
  • Caring and able to build a good rapport with staff and children alike

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
