SEN Teacher – Full Time

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester 
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, long-term

We are recruiting for a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Bury, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging lessons, adapted to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
  • Managing behaviour and maintaining a structured classroom
  • Working closely with teaching assistants
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or equivalent
  • Experience working within SEN settings
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Patient and adaptable approach
  • Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
