Primary SEN Teacher – Specialist School

Bury – BL9

Full-Time Teaching Role – Monday to Friday

A specialist primary school in Bolton is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and prides itself on providing a nurturing, structured learning environment where pupils feel safe and supported.

This role would suit a teacher who enjoys delivering a differentiated curriculum and working closely with support staff to help pupils reach their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Leading a classroom supported by experienced Teaching Assistants
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
• Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary setting
• Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership
Full-time availability Monday–Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
