SEN Teacher – Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only

We are working in partnership with inclusive and supportive specialist settings across Chesterfield, Derbyshire, who are currently seeking passionate SEN Teachers. These schools are committed to creating nurturing learning environments where pupils with additional needs can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and personalised teaching across the secondary curriculum
Support pupils with SEN to achieve meaningful academic and personal progress
Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilities
Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
Work collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Contribute positively to the wider school community and development of the curriculum
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Has a passion for inclusive education and supporting pupils with SEN
Can adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of additional needs
Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Is creative, patient, and committed to making a lasting difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
