We are currently seeking compassionate, resilient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Trafford. These roles involve supporting students with a variety of additional needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN
• Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to implement EHCPs
• Support pupils in developing social skills, independence, and confidence
• Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or youth work background)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, or a TA qualification) – desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
