SEN Teaching Assistant (KS2/3)
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team full-time, working with Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 3 (KS3) students. In this role, you will support children in accessing education and engaging in intervention experiences tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality support to SEN students in KS2 and KS3.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of intervention activities to enhance learning.
- Supporting small class sizes to ensure a focused and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop and adapt educational materials.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car with business insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
