  • Salary from GBP285 - GBP300 a week

A SEN support assistant is required to start in September for a 1:1 role for the rest of the academic year, pending funding reviews. This 2 two form entry primary school in the heart of Whitefield is looking for a teaching assistant with previous experience working with children with special educational needs. The school has a specialist unit that provides support for pupils with Autism and the successful candidate will work within this unit and in the class rooms with a number of different pupils.

The Head teacher is looking for a patient and nurturing teaching assistant who is flexible and is able to work with a number of pupils with complex needs including Autism and learning difficulties.

The school is larger than average and has an excellent senior leadership team that supports all pupils and staff. The school has been recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and has excellent transport links.
