About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Worker to support a specialist school in Devizes.

This is a full-time position working with pupils who have special educational needs (SEN), including those with autism spectrum condition (ASC) and behavioural barriers to learning.

The role involves working closely with students in a supportive and structured environment, helping them engage with their education and overcome personal challenges.

  • Work directly with pupils with additional needs including ASC and SEMH

  • Provide classroom support under the guidance of the teacher

  • Support emotional regulation and engagement in lessons

  • Help create a positive, consistent learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
