Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an engaging Maths Teacher (NQT, FQT or OTT) for an SEMH provision in Great Yarmouth.
Encouraging confidence and ensuring pupils have access to their education entitlement; you will be teaching Maths at GCSE level to pupils who display challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH).
The School
- Encouraging the development and confidence of each pupil means that activities take place both on and off the school site.
- The school has a strong focus on the promotion of well-being as well as vocational and academic programmes, which parents and carers are heavily involved in.
- A smaller school with spaces of up to 30 full-time pupils at one time.
- Around 6-8 pupils per class and approx. 2 Teaching Assistants per class.

The Successful Applicant:
- Must be a qualified teacher with experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4.
- Should either have experience of working with students with SEMH, communication difficulties or complex needs or have a strong interest and a passion to teach pupils with SEN.
