Your Role May Include
- Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and helping students develop positive coping strategies
- Delivering engaging, tailored learning and intervention activities
- Building trusting relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress
- Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- SEN and/or SEMH experience is highly desirable
- A resilient, patient, and positive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for making a lasting difference in young people's lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
