Teaching Personnel is working closely with a Roman Catholic primary school based in Salford looking for the perfect candidate to work with a young girl in year 2 with SEN issues starting in September 2018 with the possibility of moving onto a permanent contract.

My client is looking for a confident and highly skilled teaching assistant to work with a year 2 girl with Autistic traits and specific learning difficulties. Due to her special educational needs, she is currently working at Nursery level and requires one to one support throughout her learning activities. If you want to make a difference working with children who struggle in mainstream schools this could be the perfect job for you.

This Roman Catholic primary school based in Salford is slightly smaller than average and has been rated as 'Good' by a recent Ofsted inspection. The primary school has a very close connection to the local community and has a strong focus on promoting a Roman Catholic ethos. The ideal candidate does not necessarily have to be a Roman Catholic however they must be able to uphold the Catholic ethos the school promotes. Candidates holding a Catholic Certificate of Religious Studies (CCRS) are also encouraged to apply for this role.
